Most of our stuff gets made by people in small villages down in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. We’re talking real artisans. Moms, dads, neighbors—folks who know their craft and finally get a fair shot at steady work. Not some faceless factory miles away.

You know what’s wild? Most of the hands shaping Prakritii plates belong to women. And for a lot of them, this job means way more than a paycheck. It’s freedom, it’s respect, it’s sending their kids to school (and maybe buying that extra treat at the market without asking anyone’s “permission”). We’ve teamed up with the Robin Hood Army for food drives, thrown together some fun learning days, and just tried to be the kind of help we wish more companies bothered to be.
