Prakritii is derived from the Hindi word for Nature—the very foundation of everything we create.

Founded in 2010, Prakritii was born from a simple yet ambitious vision: to replace single-use plastic with sustainable products that businesses can rely on every day. Guided by the philosophy, Consume Green, Consume in Green, we manufacture premium biodegradable tableware that helps brands reduce their environmental footprint without compromising on quality, performance, or customer experience.

What began as a college business-plan idea has grown into a globally trusted manufacturing and export company, supplying eco-friendly tableware to customers in 13+ countries across the hospitality, food service, retail, and distribution sectors.

The Foundation works on grassroots environmental initiatives, supporting farmers who supply the fallen areca leaves used in our tableware — turning what was once agricultural waste into a steady source of income for rural communities. Beyond livelihood generation, our CSR efforts focus on plastic-alternative awareness, environmental education, and circular economy practices that align with our founding belief: consume green, consume in green.
