At Prakritii Foundation, we believe that meaningful change begins with compassion. Since its inception, the Foundation has been dedicated to creating social and environmental impact—empowering communities, reducing waste, and fostering sustainable livelihoods.

Our Journey

AV Prakritii International Pvt. Ltd., our parent company, started over 12 years ago with a mission to produce eco-friendly disposable dinnerware from materials like areca leaves, bagasse, and bamboo. Over time, we realized our efforts could go beyond products to making a real difference in people’s lives.

This vision led to the creation of Prakritii Foundation, a platform to channel our expertise, reach, and resources into initiatives that uplift communities while promoting sustainability.

Compassion in Action

Compassion drives every initiative we undertake:

• Community Empowerment: We collaborate with rural artisans and women’s self-help groups, providing training in manufacturing eco-friendly dinnerware, enabling them to earn a steady livelihood.
• Social Initiatives: On our Foundation Day in December 2024, we partnered with Robinhood Army to organize games, awareness sessions, and a food donation drive for underprivileged children.
• Environmental Impact: Through our eco-friendly products, distributed across India, Europe, and the USA, we actively reduce plastic waste and advocate sustainable living practices.
• Training & Education: Our programs equip youth and women with skills in eco-friendly manufacturing and sustainable business practices, empowering them to contribute to both their communities and the environment.

Stories of Impact

Every initiative tells a story. For example, women from rural clusters now generate income by producing areca leaf plates, improving their families’ livelihoods and contributing to the local economy. These stories reflect the tangible change compassion can create.
